On Putting the Term “Technorati” On Ice

Nice article about the attitudes of some businesses regarding the use of smart phone applications in health care, who consider such implementations the domain of the ”technorati”.  The misconception here is that one needs to be tech savvy to use a smart phone. This is not true, especially if the software on the phone has been designed by a competent user experience team. The UX team would take the time to understand the end users and ensure that the resulting product was a good fit – as some in the health care industry point out.
